Meet your instructor Julia
3 years ago, I moved to a new city to look for a job. I thought I did everything right. I made a professional resume that looked great, I submitted my resume to 15~40 companies per day, and I met people for coffee chats hoping to get an interview. But I couldn’t get a job even with hard work.
I remember feeling completely lost and unmotivated to start my day. I would lie down on bed for hours because each day felt meaningless. I kept wondering “what’s wrong with my resume and my job search method? Am I not worthy enough?”
But when I finally understood the right strategy for my resume and Linkedin, my life changed really fast. I received interviews every other week from the companies I admired, and the hiring managers complimented saying
“This is the BEST resume I have seen in my life"
“Out of 200 people who applied that day, you were the only one who did this. I’m very impressed"
"We interviewed 50 people and you were the best candidate”
and fast forward today, I have a job that I love which gives me confidence and security.
I started to share my knowledge to other people, first starting with my two sisters and friends, and then my 1:1 clients. To my surprise, my very first client got hired in 3 days since we worked together. And as I helped more and more people, they also had amazing successes; 1 out of 9 of my clients got a job offer in 1 week after working with me. Many of my clients received job interviews within 3 days of sending a Linkedin message shared in the course. After seeing wild successes consistently, I realized that I need to share this with the bigger world.
